The IDE dock and approvals feel right

Approving a request now confirms with "Approved — ALEX is running this now" so you can tell it went through, instead of the window just closing.

The activity dock: drag the top edge to make it taller, "Load more" no longer hides behind the status bar, and the bottom bar tucks away while the drawer is open.

Refresh in the dock no longer hangs.

Fixed a case where a missed or slow approval could lock up a session — ALEX now recovers the approval bridge on its own instead of getting stuck.
