Onboarding now sets up your desktop app with your skills, memory, and business context automatically, and preserves the memory you've built up rather than overwriting it.

Fixed the "reset the local Claude session" error some accounts saw on launch. ALEX now reliably picks up your account's key at startup and connects the first time — no re-entering anything.

Resolved a rare freeze where a background watchdog could get stuck in a loop and lock the app up. ALEX stays responsive now, even after long idle periods.

If the local engine drops for a moment, ALEX recovers cleanly and, when something genuinely needs you, explains it in plain language instead of stalling silently.

The Sync-health badge now reflects your live connection status rather than how old the data is, so a healthy connection reads as healthy.

Automations that are running now correctly show as "Live" instead of briefly reading "Failed".
