One bad setting can't take ALEX down

A single malformed tool or connector entry can no longer stop ALEX from starting. ALEX now skips the invalid entry and launches normally instead of failing.

Scheduled and automated Slack messages now post with clean formatting — proper bold and lists, no stray asterisks.
